Donate today to help people like Jessie, who was diagnosed with schizophrenia before turning 18. She normally manages her symptoms, but when life got too challenging, she could not stay on track. Rather than going to emergency psychiatric hospitalization, Jessie came to BACS. Jessie says, “BACS was there for me when I didn’t even know I needed them.”

BACS stands against injustice

BACS advocates for safety, wellness, and breaking down systemic barriers that hold people down.

On Wednesday, June 10, 2020 – BACS held a protest – the Whatever It Takes to Bring Change demonstration. More than 500 partners, constituents, staff members, and even elected officials joined us to demand meaningful change.
